In an effort to recognize and promote good sportsmanship, the GCCA would like to award those who embody these important principles. Please report outstanding acts of sportsmanship on the following form. We will send an award to the coach and copies to the school's principal and the GHSA. Award winners will be recognized in the statewide newsletter and at the state competition in February. All high school teams in Georgia are eligible for this award, including football, basketball, and competition squads. The form may be completed by coaches, athletic directors, game officials, or school administrators. You may make as many copies as you need.
